Distance Marquette Method Instruction

All FiatNFP memberships include access to:

  • Approximately 3 hours of pre-recorded Marquette Method video lectures to watch and replay at your leisure including:
    - Introductory Marquette Method of NFP Session 
    - Breastfeeding and Postpartum NFP
    - Supplementary video commentary on monitor programming, cycle variances, etc.
  • Additional documents including:
    - Official Marquette Method of NFP User Manual – copyright held by Marquette University
    - FiatNFP Manual to guide you through the website videos and documents for your personal circumstance
    - Marquette Method of NFP files and protocols for regular cycle use, breastfeeding and/or postpartum use
    - Blank NFP paper charts for recording your cycles - breastfeeding/postpartum and regular cycles
    - Supplementary documents on test stick trends and CBFM pearls, tips for adding LH or PROOV tests to existing protocols, basal body temperature measurements, and more!
  • Email access to Jackie for duration of membership
  • Online content and continued access to Jackie for ongoing consultation (via text, email, etc.) for the duration of the paid membership term.  Ongoing access to online content is available only to current paying members.  If continued consultation and website access is desired beyond the 1 or 2-year initial term, membership must be extended through the Existing Member Renewal option detailed below.  

 

Levels of Membership

All levels of FiatNFP membership have access to the same online content and allow for learning of the Marquette Method in a self-paced environment via on-demand lectures.  The difference between the two levels of membership is in the number of follow-up meetings included and the duration of the membership access to the online content and continued consultation.  

Basic 

Ideal for regular cycle clients with cycles between 25 and 42 days in length.

  • One, 30-minute follow-up consultation at 1-year
  • 1-month, 6-month, and 1-year chart reviews for discussion of changing Marquette Method rules

Ideal for clients breastfeeding, postpartum, or with a complicated cycle history.

  • 2 years of FiatNFP online access
  • One, 1-hour introductory consultation 
  • 30-minute follow-up consultations at 1 and 2-years
  • 1-month, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year chart reviews for discussion of changing Marquette Method rules

Membership Renewal

Existing FiatNFP member renewals are $100 per year of extended access to on-demand lectures, documents/protocols, ongoing chart reviews with recommendations via text/email for the duration of membership, and annual consultation.
